The development of Focus Systems NZ Ltd came about through personal experience and challenges faced over the last 30 years.
Leo is a Licensed Certified Plumber and Certified Drain Layer. He has more than 35 years of extensive experience covering both domestic and commercial aspects of the trade. After being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease several years ago, Leo has a new found lease on life. Since changing his diet to a completely Gluten Free one, he has been able to help others who have similar health problems through advice and practical solutions.
AquaTrip: Making a Difference
Having been in the plumbing industry for so long, Leo started thinking about a solution to the ongoing problems property owners face when water leaks occur on their properties that are undetected for hours, or in some cases, days.
He started developing an electronic moisture sensing device that would turn a valve off when water came into contact with the sensor probe. In the process of speaking to electronic experts and product engineers, Leo was introduced to AquaTrip Australia who have developed the very system he was looking at.
AquaTrip is the solution to protecting property owners from unwanted water damage, loss and costly repairs to their properties.
AquaTrip are committed to ongoing development and have since introduced 316 Stainless Steel shutoff valves along with a number of alternative systems from basic manual to fully automated wireless and hard wired systems.
